Bandai Card Games Fest 24-25

In January 2025, we partnered with Bandai to produce Bandai Card Games Fest 24–25 in Orlando, Florida—a two-day celebration of the One Piece, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, and Gundam card games. Held at the Orange County Convention Center, the event featured high-stakes tournaments, early access to the Gundam Card Game beta, exclusive merchandise, and immersive fan experiences, including a special Digimon Adventure: Our War Game screening and raffles. We managed end-to-end event operations, including venue booking and negotiations, tournament logistics, branded activations, and merchandise distribution.

We also led full-scale stage production and live broadcast support, delivering professional match coverage and commentary to fans both onsite and around the world. With thousands of attendees and strong community engagement, the event showcased our continued partnership with Bandai to elevate fan experiences and create unforgettable, high-impact moments in the card game space.
